At Leknes port, outside the ISPS area, we offer the following to our guests:
Guided bus tour in German and English, 1.5 hours including 2 stops. (Applies to boats from approx. 1000 pax).
The tour visits some of the best viewpoints in Vestvågøy. All tours are guided in English and German.
The tour first heads to the small and cozy fishing village of Ballstad, then over the mountain Hagskaret and along the coast to the small settlement of Sennesvik.
Finally, it returns over the mountain pass Einangen, where there is a great viewpoint. Upon return, the bus will stop in Leknes city center, and our passengers have the option to stay in Leknes for a while (for shopping, cafes, tourist information, etc.), return to the harbor with a shuttle bus is included in the ticket for the guided bus tour.
If you do not wish to stay in Leknes, the bus will take you back after a 5-minute stop. During the tour, there will be 2 photo stops. One at the fishing village of Ballstad and one at Einangen, here you get a great view of the bay and harbor area. At Ballstad in Lofoten, you can experience a beautiful and modern fishing village, steeped in history and gorgeous nature. You can also experience one of the world's largest murals in Ballstad.
