Good food in the middle of Lofoten
Bevares can tempt with meals consisting of locally sourced products in a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen draws inspiration from both Norwegian and international cuisines, serving both the dish of the day and specially composed 3-course menus that change every month.
All meals are taken in our cozy restaurant with room for up to 70 people. Our á la carte menu has a rustic touch and we source ingredients from local producers – on land and sea. Brands as Lofoten lamb, cheese from local cheese factories and fish from Lofoten guarantees quality and rich taste sensations. The restaurant is situated in the ground floor of the hotel.
